STRETCHING ~ Your new awareness~

Good day everyone, and welcome to my new [space] ~ Catch the Light ~ the New Awareness! This is an opportunity for me to definitely stretch and grow, meaning I am very new to 'blogging', and the opportunities that arise from having this site, possibly those who are also new to this, will find rewards, as I will.

Technology is a wonderful tool, if you truly know how to use it, however, it can be just as destructive if misused.

What do I want to have on my blog? Well let me share with you. My intention is to have everyone who enters my blog, leave with a feeling of excitement, of anticipation, but most of all feeling wonderful about themselves. Even though I am uncertain as to what will show up each day, I will definitely share my thoughts and feelings...and of course, you can also share yours. All I ask, in return, is respect!

We all are on a learning curve at this time on our journey, many of us are going through major crises, or what appears to be chaos, however, this too shall pass. Relationships, jobs, finances, health, loss of loved ones, are many of the things happening in our lives. It is to look into our 'own mirror' and ask ourselves, what are we choosing in our lives, this day, this second. Is it good, or is it not so good? How can I change my thoughts, to stop living this life of destruction? Well, let me share one of my 'mantras'. Each day before I get out of bed, I ask~~'Okay, God (and you can use whatever expression you want ~ meaning, substituting God for Creator, Universe, Source, Higherself~ whatever resonates with you.... 'I ask this, Okay, God, what exciting things do you have in store for me today?' Now get out of your own way, and be aware of what exciting things happen. I also express my 'gratitude' for the things I am grateful for. So, ask yourself, have you given gratitude for what you have? It takes one step to start this journey of 'awareness' are you willing to come along with me? If so, I am happy to hold your hand, to put my arms around you and say.. 'Catch the Light'!
