EMOTION

Tonight, I am going to write a little bit about emotion; in that how it has been playing a very big part in my life. Women, tend to go through more emotional roller coasters than men, but maybe it is because we are more emotional beings.

I was given a beautiful deck of cards for my recent birthday, and tonight I felt like sharing a card from the deck - emotion!

So, read on - the Law of Emotion states that emotion is energy in motion, and your ability to feel and express emotion is also your ability to influence the movement of energy. Your emotions are a powerful force that you can use to experience individuality and to fuel your thoughts into creation. You are the pure, intelligent essence directing your emotions; you are not your emotions.

Pay attention to what you feel because whatever you are feeling will gradually shape the conditions in your life, which will show up as physical things, people, events and circumstances. You guide the quality of what manifests in your life by determining the quality of he feelings you entertain.

The Universe is reminding you that you have the power to choose how you feel. You can choose to feel badly, or you can choose to feel good. You do not need an external reason to cause you to feel good. You can simply make the decision to feel good. The Universe will respond to the vibration of that positive inner feeling by manifesting more experiences in your life that make you feel good.

Learn what methods enable you to shift your emotions more quickly and easily; apply these techniques whenever you need to. How you feel will determine what you attract into your life. Reading this script, the Universe is encouraging you to be happy now. Don't wait for things to be different before you allow yourself to feel good. Choose, instead, to radiate joy, no matter what you are currently experiencing. The more you commit to feeling good, regardless of your circumstances, the more good things will appear in your life.

How to harmonize with this law? Move your awareness to your emotions as you lovingly, gently, and without judgement, observe what surfaces. Are you feeling good or are you feeling bad? You can shift your emotions by immersing yourself in activities that lift your spirits. Make a list of what makes you feel good; including songs, movies, books, poems and other things to do or engage with that make you feel good. Keep this list handy, and when you are feeling down, select and act on something from the list to shift your energy and change your mood.
